Network Tag Marking System
The Network version of the Tag Marking System permits you to share information (databases) between the work stations driving your tag marking hardware. If further extends itself by taking information from a user created text file, in specific formats, and merges it into the database. The minute the information is in place it becomes available to any of the workstations that are running the Tag Marking System. This means you are not restricted to stamping tags on just one piece of equipment.
Both the Standalone and Network versions have the following capabilities:
It uses X/Y coordinate positional stamping of your tags.
It can process hardware with auto-feed capabilities or you can stamp one tag at a time.
It uses Access databases as a means of feeding tag information to the software.
You can change information prior to stamping a tag.
When completed job information is stored in a history database that would allow you to restamp tags if needed.
History database can be purged of jobs older then a period you specify.
